Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Snatte is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to international orders. Any charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Snatte is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to submit a claim. We may request supporting evidence, including photographs of the packaging and item, before reviewing the matter. All original packaging must be retained.

International Shipping Policy

At present, Snatte ships within the United Kingdom only. If you are based outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us prior to purchasing. While we may be able to assist, international fulfilment cannot be guaranteed.
